Original, retro vintage, 1876 Cape Cod Ruby Red Footed 8.75″ Bowl by Avon in the Centennial Edition. The intricate lacy sandwich glass pattern is Roman Rosetta and designed for Avon by Wheaton Glass. The pressed glass set was made in the USA. The set features a heavy glass with a deeply embossed pattern and scalloped edging. The Avon piece is without damage and there may be rare scratches to surfaces, as it is used. Beautiful red color when the sun passes through the glass, as it sits on display in your window or on your table, while in use. A touch of elegance from the late 1900s. No box unless otherwise listed. There is only now a single piece available. The remaining Centennial piece has a pair of small chips on the rim surface (see photos), which are not visible unless looking down on the piece. The two left photos (first two) show an undamaged piece for general shape and size. No sharp edges are present, so there is no affect on usage. The undamaged one has been sold and the listing has been modified to note that the imperfect one is the one available. There are additionally two other pieces of the same size (8.75″ footed bowl); however, these additional two are a different print version (AVON stamp) and may be found on a separate listing. There are other pieces of the Avon 1876 Cape Cod Ruby Red Collection available and I will be happy to combine shipping if you should choose to purchase more than one item.
