Prominent Soviet lens Helios-44 58mm f2 with an M39 SLR screw mount, based on the famous Biotar 58mm. It can be used with M39 to M42 step up ring and M42 adapters but not with M39 adapters for rangefinder cameras.The early rare white version, made in 1960 year on KMZ factory. The lenses from this factory are considered to be the sharpest. The lens is in excellent working condition with moderate signs of use on the body (see photos for details). The optics are clear, without damage, fungus etc. Some usual for old lenses dust inside and 2-3 of tiny air bubbles, allowed by those times standards that can not affect image quality. The focusing is working well. The body is clean, a bit darkened because of age. The aperture blades are free of oil. I tested this Helios-44 lens with a Canon DSLR camera and it worked as should.The lens fits modern cameras using a special adapter. 49mm filter 8 aperture blades Aperture range 2-16 Usual shipping time to EU -12-21 days, USA – 14-30 days, other world – 21-45 days.
