Welcome! WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THEM: I’m offering a set I’ve enjoyed for many years, made by Navajo silversmith Don Chee. I’m offering a ring and pair of earrings, which are quite lovely. Each includes four oval shaped rounded turquoise and also include hand made applied leaves and raindrops. Flattering designs and beautiful to wear. I believe I converted the earrings from screw backs long ago. CONDITION: excellent vintage, wearable and collectible. MEASUREMENTS: • ring size 7.5 • ring face size 1-1/8″ x 1-1/16″ • ring weight 8.8grams • earrings hanging length 1-1/2″ they dangle from large sized ball posts • earrings dimensions 1″ wide x 1-1/8″ long without the findings, 1-1/2″ with the findings • weight of earrings 6.3grams and 6.0grams • unmarked as is usual for those times and they are sterling silver .925 • unsigned which is usual for those times but they were made by Don Chee, Navajo. I had a signed necklace SUMMARY: this is a beautiful set which includes the earrings and the ring. The ring has greened over the years, having been worn more than the earrings, I guess. The earrings retain a more blue coloration but they all look great together despite the difference in coloration. This is a set I’d date to the 1970s or earlier, and it’s really great.
