  We do offer combined shipping.

  We are always happy to quote prior to you committing to purchase.

  What we will need to know is the eBay item number/s, quantity required and your postcode.

  If you are purchasing multiple items please request a total or contact us once you are finished. We will then issue your invoice with the discounted shipping cost applied.

  Please remember DO NOT proceed through checkout; if you do we will not able to make changes to your invoice.

  We dispatch daily Monday through Friday, payments received before 2pm CST will leave the same business day. Payments received after 2pm CST will leave on the next business day.

  Once cleared payment is received there will be no delay at our end in processing and dispatching your order.

  All items sold by Value Plus Variety are covered by Consumer Guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to return any item that is deemed faulty within a reasonable time frame from the date of the sale. If an item has a minor defect, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund. If an item is found to have a major manufacturing defect, you are entitled to receive a replacement or refund or keep the goods and receive compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage.   Under the new Australian Consumer Law (ACL) requirements administered by the ACCC, we would also like to state that all claims with respect to defective items will be handled through Value Plus Variety at the address displayed when you purchase your item/s.

  How reasonable were the postage and handling charges?
  Remember that we may charge for the cost of the actual packaging materials, along with a reasonable handling fee to cover our time and direct costs associated with postage.

  Keep in mind that for international transactions, buyers can be expected to pay duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees as required by country laws. If we provided free postage, you won’t be able to rate the postage and handling charges, since free postage automatically gives us a 5-star rating.
