Removed from a clean running ‘04 KFX700 V-Force 700 complete exhaust system is in good condition. No issues and functions as it should with wear and tear as you’d expect for the age. Nice and clean, the only flaw we found is on the bottom of the muffler, a small dime sized ding. A little light surface rusting in a few areas, most of what is seen is actually baked on mud. We gave up scrubbing after a while as our pressure washer took a dump on us, with a bit of elbow grease most of the remaining brown will come clean – clamps do have rust. Rubber muffler mounting bushings are acceptable and set will include the required fasteners at these two points & the head stud nuts. Pretty decent set for twenty years old, this is a clean useable oem replacement part. FYI – the dark streak seen on the muffler is just due to the pipe being wet after cleanup, not discoloration.
