eBay Industrial Building / Factory, N Scale For sale is an assembled, painted and detailed industrial factory building. The building has been carefully assembled from a kit, painted, and hand weathered with chalk and paints for a more realistic appearance. A few other (storage tanks, compressor, dust collectors, wall vents, roof details, etc) have then been added for more realism. Includes a standard 12V grain-of-wheat type incandescent bulb inside the building for night time illumination. The base is about 8″ x 5″. Stands about 2″ tall. Includes 2 bonus items — an 40′ container and a commercial dumpster. These are not affixed, so can be used with the building or elsewhere on your layout. Photos are of the actual items for sale.
