Introducing a truly unique piece: the limited edition Weiss Agave Dial watch, crafted in January 2023. Only 20 of these were made, with a striking green dial inspired by the color of Cameron’s classic VW Bug. This is watch #20/20, and I acquired it recently from the original owner, who kept it as part of a large collection and wore it only a handful of times. I’ve only worn it once myself, snapping some great photos, but a grail watch opportunity has come up, so I need to let this one go to keep my person watch collection auditable 😎.As a Weiss enthusiast, I find this watch particularly special. The Agave and all his green dials, like this one, are highly coveted among collectors. Different light different looks (see pics some direct light, some indirect indoor light).Even more uniquely, this is the only Weiss model I know of where Cameron used the 6498 Movement, which places the second hand register at the 6 o’clock position—a feature typically seen in the 38mm models.Condition is mint, almost as new, with all original packaging and paperwork included.
