I pack my tubes in a sturdy 7″X6″X5″ box, utilizing quality packing paper, bubble wrap and tape. This packaging weighs 4 ounces on it’s own, and I will not cut back on that to save space/money. The tubes need to get to you in one piece. About Us I’m a bit “Old School”, and prefer a handshake to a “click”. But this the way of the world now. So I try to incorporate as much personal service as I can through the means at hand. I see and handle every tube that comes through this store. If a mistake is made(and it does happen), I immediately own up to it and take care of the problem as fast and thoroughly as possible. We now have some more space allocated to our “lab”, where we test every tube on one of a growing number of excellent tube testers, including a Hickok TV-10A/U, Hickok 539C, Hickok 6000A and a Heathkit IT-17.
