eBay L24508: A vintage Melitta 1 quart milk pitcher / tea pot / coffee pot. Crafted in Germany of glazed porcelain with a sunny yellow outside and glazed white top and interior. Secure, removable lid and a no-drip spout. This used item is in very good condition with one small flaw on the spout and a small glazing flaw on the side (see photos). Please review all of the photos as they are part of the description and are of the exact item you will receive. Combined shipping available. Please read notes below. Most of the items I sell on eBay are used, vintage items – they are NOT PERFECT and will have nicks, scratches, scrapes, dings, dents, wear, etc. from prior use. As such, it is next to impossible to describe every single spot or small flaw on a listed item. I try to note any significant flaws in the description, and to give a true and honest description with the limited knowledge that I have of various items. I try to include photos of all sides and angles of the items I list so you can make an accurate determination of the condition of each item – but even so, some imperfections may be difficult to see and/or photograph. Unless I make a posting error, the item you see in the photos is the exact item you will receive. If you have any concerns about the condition of an item, please ask before purchasing or bidding – I will be glad to send more photos or re-examine an item and address your concerns. I will NOT knowingly sell a broken or non-working item unless it is listed as such, nor do I have any interest in selling you an item you will not be happy with. Please keep this in mind when bidding, purchasing, or making/accepting an offer. I do not normally offer returns, but I do want you to be exceptionally happy with your purchase and my service. COMBINED SHIPPING: I will GLADLY combine shipping when I can, as it can save money for both of us. Options may be limited depending on whether I have a box suitable for the items you are interested in shipping together. I am still learning eBay’s combined shipping system. ALSO: I try my best to ship VERY QUICKLY, especially when I am not working, so please let me know before paying if you are interested in combined shipping so that I won’t print a label and ship your single item too soon. MULTIPLE SHIPPING OPTIONS AVAILABLE: I understand that shipping is expensive, but the calculated rate that you see eBay’s negotiated/discounted rate, and is generally quite a bit less that the retail rate. I do not charge handling fees unless otherwise noted in a listing or offer, and I do not make money on shipping; as a seller, eBay charges me fees based on the TOTAL sale price of an item INCLUDING the shipping charge, so lower shipping charges = lower cost for you = lower fees for me. Since the buyer pays postage on most of my listings, two standard shipping options will normally be offered for the buyer to choose from: Economy and Expedited. If you are unable to receive shipments from either of these other options, please let me know before shipping. SHIPPING TIMES: My listed items are already packaged and ready to ship. I strive to get your order on the way to you as soon as I receive payment confirmation from eBay. Generally, your items will ship the business day after your payment is confirmed. I do rotate 12-13 hour shifts, including weekends, at a manufacturing plant 50 minutes from my home, and I cannot print your shipping label until I am at home. USPS Carrier pickups must be entered by 2AM for the next business day, and I cannot do that if I am at work or asleep. My local USPS branch closes at 10:45 on Saturday mornings, has no Sunday or holiday pickup, and does not have a mailbox for packages. UPS and FedEx packages must be taken to my local drop-off locations (and again, I can’t do this if I am at work), and pickup times from there seem to vary. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Due to the additional costs and risks involved with international shipping, I only offer this option on select items. International buyers please note that import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to bidding or buying. PAYMENT: Payment is appreciated once you agree to purchase an item or accept an offer, and is expected within 48 hours. This helps me to get the shipment prepared and on the way to you faster, while working around the rotating shift schedule and USPS hours mentioned above. In case of shipping damage, PLEASE take photos and SAVE ALL OF THE PACKAGING as the carrier will often request to inspect it in order to process an insurance claim.
