I am selling a Visconti Van Gogh Pollard Willows fountain pen with premium Visconti Medium steel nib. Cartridge/converter fill, with premium converter supplied. Cap slips on with magnetic clutch. Mint, in special box, with papers (special Van Gogh warranty booklet). The pen was released as one of a series of different Vincent-Van-Gogh-painting-inspired pens in circa 2011, and has been one of the best selling fountain pens in the market-place, due to its beauty, functionality, and excellent writing characteristics. This particular series is noted for the palladium-plated trim, and variegated colour palette reflecting his famous painting of the same name. This results in a very beautiful colour/metal combination. Please note that there are variations from pen to pen, as no two of this particular variegated colouration are the same. Also, the clip logo may be either enameled or etched. Accordingly the pen shipped to you will have a different variegated pattern and clip-logo-finish from that pictured. Length closed is 14.0cm, length open is 12.4cm and width at widest point on cap (excluding the clip) is 1.5cm. Purchase with confidence. This is a beautiful “daily-writer” pen, from a truly wonderful pen manufacturer. PLEASE NOTE that the PU material on the inside of the box is discoloured and/or rubbed off, due to deterioration over time, while shelved. The pen is in Mint condition. See the last photo for an example of the PU material deterioration, which is not unusual for many of this type of pen box.
