US Air Force Jacket- – M Click images to enlarge Description – This listing is for a fancy Air Force jacket. – This item has a furry collar and knit cuffs, zipper front with a heavy weight YKK zipper, the size is MARKED as X- SMALL, has a UNITED STATES AIR FORCE patch, has a 3743 BMTS patch, has a BMTS HONOR FLIGHT patch, has a MICHIGAN patch on the sleeve, is named GRACE, and the back has a fancy EAGLE patch and US AIR FORCE. the label is for Timber King and assumed to be from the 1970s / specific date unknown. – This is assumed to have been owned by a woman that likely was an instructor or had some other relationship in conducting basic training since a specific Flight (training class) is not identified. – BMTS 3743 was the specific Air Force Basic Military Training Squadron designation for the new recruits undergoing the 8 week basic training (apparently at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas). CONDITION – excellent – has very light wear, and no stains, snags, tears or repairs were noted. – Estimated Weight (when packaged) 4 pound(s). – GENERAL INFO – – Photos typically WILL have some glare and/or reflection.
