New – never used – previous display model – Sub-Zero (model # IT-36R-LH) 36″ (Built-In) Designer Series Over-Under All Refrigerator in panel ready finish. This is a right hinge model. The unit was made in 2014. The refrigerator is in mint condition. These units come panel ready from the factory – optional stainless steel panel is available from sub-zero. This is a beautiful refrigerator with plenty of lights that makes the inside bright. Ready for a new home. Retails for $10,405 + tax. *The refrigerator comes as seen in the photos – nothing less and nothing more. Please do not assume that the unit comes with original manuals, all accessories, thank you card and recipe book. What you see is what you get and nothing less.* **Attention NYC! If you live within 100 miles of NYC please expect the shipping rate to be about one and half to double of what it’s posted. Please contact me before placing the order for an accurate shipping quote. Shipping fees to NYC area are unbelievably expensive.** Shipping I will ship it to anywhere in the US 48 continental states for $699 – curb side delivery. I will crate this unit before shipping. This refrigerator will be crated for shipping. Crating cost is part of the shipping fee. The shipping service includes delivery to a residential address with a lift gate. If the property has a solid surface driveway (not gravel or dirt) the shipper will leave it in your garage / driveway. They will not go inside the home. Please note that if you live in a very remote area, have a curvy driveway, up the hill type of a driveway or have trees that are obstructing the way – the delivery driver will leave the crate at the beginning of the driveway and it will be up to you to handle it from there. It is up to the driver to make that determination should he feel it is unsafe for him to come closer onto the property. The shipping company will have your phone number (the one registered to your ebay account) and they will call you ahead of time to set up a delivery appointment. The appointment is usually a 2-4 hour window. You can request the driver to call you when he is on his way to your home – at the time of the appointment. Attention Buyers! Please inspect your item upon delivery – while the delivery company is still there. By signing the delivery document, you state that you have received it damage free (just as described in the ebay listing). If there is damage – something that you can’t live with or we can’t work out, please refuse the delivery or at least write in the problem with the item on the delivery slip and contact me right away.
