Next Day Delivery On Orders Before 9 We dispatch daily Monday to Friday from our Lancashire based warehouse. All our products unless otherwise stated are sent out by a national based UK courier on a next working day delivery service which is included in the price for UK mainland except the far north of Scotland. On in stock items we offer next day delivery when ordered before 9AM. Orders after this time will be shipped the following working day. Non UK Mainland Deliveries to the north of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and other offshore areas are available at a small surcharge and each item is dependent on weight. These deliveries are usually on a 48hr service, please contact us and we will be happy to calculate the extra cost for your purchase. Saturday Delivery We are able to send items out on a Saturday delivery for a small extra cost again dependant on the weight of the item you are buying, please contact us for further details. The item in question must be returned to us as new and in its original packaging. All return requests must be emailed to us within 7 working days and to aid us with our customer service we do ask for a reason if possible. If you have purchased flat packed furniture we cannot accept returns if the item has been assembled so please check all panels and contents before attempting to assemble the item. All goods that are returned to us will be checked on arrival to make sure they are as new, and only then will we process your full refund. Damaged Items Any damages or faults with any items need to be relayed to us within 3 working days of receipt of goods. Any noticeable damage caused by a courier can be either be refused on delivery therefore sent back to us by the courier or you will need to call or email us within 24hrs so we can arrange the courier to collect and have the damage assessed. Full refunds including postage costs will be refunded for any items damaged in transit or upon receipt. For items of low value it may be necessary to email us photographic evidence of damage should we decide returning the item is not cost effective.
