The wide temperature range of the SU105UE between -20°C to -86°C, means it’s ideal for warming up samples and biologics in stages. This compact ULT freezer has no need for compressors thanks to the Stirling Engine, which means no surge currents, no oil, and that it can be plugged into any outlet. The Stirling engine uses continuous modulation, and helium charged free-piston design with R170 ethane refrigerant and finned heat exchanger.
