This supply is in fair cosmetic condition, with scuffs/scratches and permanent marker writing from prior use. Q13 and Q16 inside are popped. Notes: This supply is in PARTIAL working condition. It was working, with a grumbly fan and a slight whine from inside. We verified it was able to get up to 40V output with no load. During load testing, we started at 2V and it was giving 25A otuput. At increasing currents, the whine turned into a hissing which got louder, and then a couple of transistors inside exploded. Afterward, the supply gives 0V output and a Current Mode indication at all settings. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
