Issued by Solomon Islands on June 5, 2012, this item is a sheet of four stamps attached to a souvenir sheet (with perforations between the two sheets) that features lighthouses of Oceania and birds. The scientific names of all birds are included in the stamp and sheet selvage designs. The following lighthouses are depicted in the four-stamp sheet: Kaipara North Head Lighthouse (North Island, New Zealand), Cape Liptrap Lighthouse (Australia), Maatsuyker Island Lighthouse (southern Tasmania), Cape Campbell Lighthouse (South Island, New Zealand), and, in the sheet selvage, Stephens Island Lighthouse (New Zealand). Cape Reinga Lighthouse (North Island, New Zealand) is depicted on the high denomination souvenir sheet stamp; Amedee Lighthouse (Amedee Island, New Caledonia) is shown in the sheet selvage.
