Although we have only just started, our sister company has been established since 1992. We are a small family concern that pride ourselves in our service and products. Our range is constantly growing and we supply both to the trade and private individuals. We accept Paypal and all major credit and debit cards using the eBay checkout. Goods are normally sent out within 2 working days of purchase, however most items are sent the same day if the order is received before 2.00pm. Weekends are not counted as working days. The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly from any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Delivery of the Goods shall be made by a third party to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods. Price and Payment The price of the Goods shall be that stipulated on the Ebay listing. Unless stated on the Ebay listing to the contrary, the Price is inclusive of VAT and delivery charges. The total purchase price, including VAT and delivery charges, if any, will be displayed prior to confirming the order and completing the payment process. After the order is received the Seller shall confirm by email the details, description and price for the Goods. Payment of the Price plus VAT and delivery charges must be made in full before dispatch of the Goods by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the Contract if:- The Seller has insufficient stock to deliver the Goods; The Seller does not deliver to the Buyer’s area; or One or more of the Goods was listed at an incorrect price due to any error. If the Seller does cancel the Contract, the Seller will notify the Buyer by e-mail and will re-credit to the Buyer’s account any sum deducted by the Seller from the Buyer’s credit card / Paypal account as soon as possible. The Seller will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation to the Buyer. The Seller reserves the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the Ebay website at its discretion. The Seller reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the Ebay website at any time. If you would like to return a product you have purchased for any reason, you must do this within 14 days of receipt.
