REXTON Hearing Aid Programming Reprogramming Service + Other Hearing Aids We provide programming or re-programming of your hearing aids. iPhone remote programming also available. Many of today’s technology hearing provide additional features that you may not be utilizing. Simply ship us your hearing aid(s) along with your current hearing test results. Hearing aids must be received in good working order to be programmed. Any hearing aids not received in good working order will be returned, unprogrammed, and a refund will be issued, minus return shipping charges. *Resound hearing aids must not be Costco brand locked. We can also provide hearing aid repairs if needed but we will contact you BEFORE repairing to advise you of repair cost. Please do not send us a hearing aid that is not in my working condition, it will be returned. This service is for programming/reprogramming only. If you are in need of hearing aid repairs please contact us first or purchase our Hearing Aid Repair Service. Oticon, Phonak, Unitron, Hansaton, Miracle Ear, Starkey, Siemens, Signia, Resound, and others. Feel free to eBay message us about the make of your hearing aid prior to purchasing our programming service. Price includes programming and re-programming for 6 months. Price is for 1 or 2 hearing aids (2 aids must be a matched set – same model, year and manufacturer). Accessories, such as streamers, remote controls, etc are 25.00 per accessories to connect/pair. Updating firmware is 25.00 extra. Free 3 Month Unlimited Service Warranty Includes: Free unlimited re-programming and adjustments on initial hearing aids (does not included shipping, which must be pre-paid). Please allow about 7 days (sometimes less) for your programming completion. This is an estimated time due to the need for specific cables, boots, software, and connectors required to program hearing aids. Each manufacture requires specific equipment and in some cases programming parts and equipment need to be ordered to program your hearing aid(s). We have many programming parts and equipment in stock and can often receive, program and ship in 3-5 days. When we need to order parts or programming supplies, you will be notified of the delay and we would appreciate your patience. For hearing aid purchases according to the FDA, it is in your best health interest to obtain a professional medical evaluation before purchasing a hearing aid and you are encouraged to do so before bidding on this item. If you choose to not obtain a medical evaluation before purchasing this item, I am required by law to provide to you and obtain from you a signed written waiver of the medical evaluation, and I am required to provide to you a copy of the User Instruction Brochure for a hearing aid, review the contents of that brochure with you, and afford you time to read the brochure.
