Beautiful Vintage Italian Art Pottery Mid Century Modern Capodimonte, Italy, Moses with the 10 Commandments High Relief Judaica Charger / Wall Art Plate. Approx. 14″ Diameter Hand Painted Faiance Enameled with lot of gold detaials and trim. Scalloped rim with Florals on the raised rim. The central Moses scene is bordered with tablets. Oval panelse with Biblical scenes. The oval scenes are separated with a Menoral, Jewish Hands Symbol and the Star of David, the Tablets with Rearing Horses or Lions. Has a wire on the back for hanging on the wall. A rare and hard to find item. Made in Italy, Marked on the bottom with gold “Capodimonte / Italy / 585”.Measures: 14″D x 2″H Pre-Owned Original in excellent condition , multi use, hand painted very beautiful lovely motifs, unique style.
