Made by Patsy Evins Studio, this beautiful lampwork pendant set is offered for sale without the cord and with a slight defect but not visible defect. The beads include a lovely focal purple rose lampwork bead with 2 purple buds and leaves. Photos show how beautifully the beads are made with the center rose carved and shaped perfectly in deep plumy purple while the leaves are a gorgeous variegated green. The buds and leaves fit together with the center rose and work to create a realistic jewel-like piece of art. There appears to be a cleanly broken-off petal in the focal flower (see last 4 photos), but it was not found and may have been purchased that way. The price reflects this possible flaw, but it is a beautiful bead and fits wonderfully with the two buds. Each Bud measures 1.5” x 1.5”. These fine art glass lampwork beads are in remembrance of flowers that used to bloom profusely in the artist’s garden. The garden-inspired focal glass flower has sculptural petals and one leaf at the bottom. The rose and buds have a horizontal hole and fit perfectly together to create a gorgeous unique neckpiece. Beautiful worn by itself or as the focal of a necklace if you design jewelry. As always, Patsy’s glass lampwork beads are perfectly annealed in a controlled kiln.
