BLUE GREY GNATCATCHER’S on DOGWOOD. This pair is #11 from the limited edition of 500. The taller one measures 12″ while the shorter one measures 10 1/2″ tall. From the American Birds Series – the exuberance and lifelike joy of the single little bird is so lovely! Circa 1950’s. They come with their original custom bases that measure 5 1/2″ X 5″. Condition: The figurine with the pair of birds is mint. No nicks, dings, fleabites or wear. One small spot of professional restoration that is on a stem but done perfectly. The figurine with the single bird has a tiny chip on the lowest leaf of the figurine. It also appears that there might be a small cluster or single leaf missing at the lowest point on the left hand side (as you are viewing the figurine in the first picture). Lastly, there might be one tiny fleabite on the edge of one flower but hard to tell as it is so small. Otherwise, the figurine is Mint. No wear or other issues.
