Numerous scratches and dirt scuffs on the outer side of the shell. Inner shell is in decent condition with no scratches to the plastic. The bottom touchscreen has numerous scratches from use with a stylus but is fully functioning. Upper screen has some scratches and finger smudges. All buttons are fully functioning as expected, and 3D capabilities of the upper screen are intact. Wireless connection, charging port, and game card slot are all functioning as expected. Comes with Nintendo branded stylus, but it is not the original stylus that came with the console, as it does not secure and stay in place when stored.
