• Only the finest grade materials are purchased which are then inspected and tested for quality and tolerances before being used.
• The wood to wood joint with surface contact delivers a natural feel and solid hit. Other joint options are available on other models.
• Heavy gauge rolled stainless steel joint pin provides longer lasting thread life and rust resistance.
• Three piece butt construction helps provide straightness for the lifetime of the cue. Stains are hand applied which provide for accurate details and color consistency. Precision milling on rings and inlays mean tolerances to within .001 of an inch. The pieces are then hand glued to ensure a perfect fit.
• Wrap is 100% Irish linen which is tightly wound, pressed and then lightly coated to ensure perfect fit, a smooth feel and aids in absorbing hand moisture to ensure a consistent grip.
• The buttcap is made of an impact resistant resin to aid in protection of the buttsleeve of the cue and is double-bonded by an interchangeable weight bolt system that allows you to adjust the weight.
• Shafts are hand selected from North American hard rock maple and are carefully picked for straightness of grain, proper moisture content, and white color. Shafts are turned four times to unsure stabilization, straightness.
• Five coats of a high luster clear urethane finish top off a great looking cue and provide scratch resistance.
• McDermott Cue Manufacturing will warrant this pool cue to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the entire lifetime of the cue. The warranty applies to all parts, including warpage, and normal wear on replaceable items such as: tip, finish and  wrap. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. If your cue has a defect covered by this warranty, McDermott Cue will either repair or replace your cue, at our option, without charge. This warranty will be void if the cue has been subjected to any damage caused by abuse or mishandling. This warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original owner, provided the claim is accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt from an authorized McDermott dealer. The warranty registration card must be registered at time of purchase.

McDermott’s Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser/owner of the cue and must be purchased from an authorized McDermott dealer. McDermott Cue warrants its pool cues to be free of defects in material and workmanship, including warpage, for as long as the product is owned by the original purchaser/owner. McDermott does not warrant its product against:

* normal wear and tear including tip, finish, and wrap;
* misuse, abuse or mishandling;
* modification or improper maintenance performed by third parties or
* damage caused by exposure to extreme temperature or humidity.

All warranty claims must include the complete cue and are subject to evaluation at our facility prior to approval. Products that do not qualify for the McDermott Lifetime Warranty can be serviced by McDermott for a fee. To obtain warranty service on a McDermott product, return the product to an authorized McDermott dealer or directly to McDermott along with a copy of your original sales receipt

Twice a year. Every year, for life. Really. Maintenance is one of many hidden costs to consider when you’re looking at a cue’s price. For most cues, that is. Fortunately, McDermott offers the MOST comprehensive maintenance program ever. Not that our cues require maintenance often. Just about anything your McDermott cue might need replaced, checked or cleaned- tips, shafts, wraps, bumpers, ferrules- is fully covered under our exclusive Lifetime Maintenance program… for life. This will save you money. McDermott’s total commitment to your satisfaction doesn’t end when you take your new McDermott home. It only begins there. McDermott craftsmen check for details even the most careful player may not notice. Joints are checked, cosmetics evaluated, weights adjusted, and every minor detail inspected. 

About cue weight changes: At Nielsen’s Billiards, we will try to get the cue as close as possible to the desired weight. Usually we can come within 1/10 of an ounce to the desired weight requests. Exact matches may not be possible, but we will try. We always try to do our best and keep our customers happy with prompt and courteous communication. Shipping items on the same or next business day is also a high priority as we know customers appreciate their item(s) as soon as possible. Our feedback is proof of our dedication to our customers. HOW TO REQUEST A SPECIFIC CUE WEIGHT – If you have a specific weight request, please tell us that specific weight request when you submit payment. If paying using PayPal, you can leave a message in the PayPal message area with your specific weight request.

your order. USPS may not always scan your package at each location so it
might seem like it isn’t moving but that is usually not be the case
and will only update once it’s actually delivered.

FREE Continental US shipping – Buyer pays $0.00 for shipping in the
continental US. Shipping will be via UPS ground or USPS Priority mail with
delivery confirmation and the shipment time is generally 1-4 business days
depending on your location. We ship your order out the same or next
business day upon receiving cleared payment.

Non Continental US shipping – Buyer pays $35.00 for shipping in the non
continental US. General USPS shipping estimates do not apply to these
locations!  Shipping will be
via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Estimated shipment
time is 3-5 days.   Non continental US destinations and
territories outside the Continental US include Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin
Islands, Puerto Rico, APO. etc. UPS is not available to non continental US locations.  
APO shipments are not
trackable per US military mail. We require insurance on all APO
shipments. APO shipment times can vary and are generally 7-21
business days.   

International shipping – (Asia, Australia, Europe, Germany, Japan,
Mexico, South America and United Kingdom) International shipping is $69.00.  Shipping to Canada
is $49.00. All international
shipping rates are quoted using USPS Priority International with tracking with
ESTIMATED shipment time of 10-14 business days depending on your country’s
freight/mail forwarder and Customs Dept.  Some countries like African,
South America, some Middle Eastern and Island Nations may take
longer.   

International
Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges
are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges
are the buyer’s responsibility.  Please check with your country’s customs
office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or
buying.

*Estimated shipment times are quoted by USPS (United States Postal
Service) and are generally very reliable.  Some shipment times vary
from USPS estimated shipment times.

Returns – On rare occasion
the need to return an item occurs. With your return, you must include
the original
invoice that was included with your shipment. Please
write a brief description on the invoice as to why the item is
being returned.  Before returning the item, please contact us to discuss
the return first. In your email, please include your name, shipping
address and specific item(s) that you wish to return and reason for the
return.  

Return
policy
– We will take back any new and unused item and issue your Money back or exchange (buyer’s
choice) within 30 days from the date that you received the
item. The only reduction in the refund will be the shipping and
handling fee.  If the item price included shipping, the hard cost shipping
that we paid will be subtracted from the amount you paid to determine the total
refund.  There is no reduction for shipping and handling if we are
replacing an item that did not arrive to you correctly.
