Damage Policy: If a order arrives damaged, please send me an ebay message. You must retain the product until arrangments can be made for a return and/or refund. All damages or defects must be submitted with photos to show proof of claim for insurance purposes. Return Policy: All returns must be in original condition. All tags must still be in place. All cosmetics must be unused and unopened. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Returns are only accepted within 30 days for unused, unopened products. All returns are subject to outgoing shipping costs recovery and a 20% restocking fee. If the return is used and opened, the order is subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping We use USPS First Class for most items under 15.99 oz. and Priority or ground transport for everything over 16 oz. If the package is Returned To Sender due to: insufficient address, wrong address, addressee unknown or any reason given of this nature, I will notify you via eBay messaging.
