We combine shipping charges for multiple items when possible.  To receive combined shipping charges, put all of the items you intend to purchase into your shopping cart and then purchase.  Before paying, request a revised invoice from us, and we will send you a new invoice with a combined shipping discount if one is available. You must pay for your purchases all on the same invoice to get combined shipping.  If you pay for your items individually, we cannot give you a combined shipping discount.  eBay assesses their fees on all the original charges, even if we refund partial shipping charges to our customers.  They do not recognize combined shipping discounts unless they are all on the same paid invoice.

We cannot cancel an order once a tracking number has been provided.

Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product please keep the item, the box, and all packaging materials.  At times UPS or USPS will request to see the packing material before deciding if they pay a claim. Please contact us if anything is damaged, and we will get the process going to get you a new product. 

Lost Packages
At times it may look like the post office has lost a package.   Most often the package really isn’t really lost but missed being scanned.  When this happens your purchase may show no movement in the USPS tracking system, but may, in fact, be moving as scheduled.  We normally give the post office 10 days to deliver a product before sending a replacement or refund. Feel free to contact us if your tracking number shows your product is not moving. Please remember we can only look at the same tracking number you have and get the same information that you see.
