Hello and thank you for considering me to repair your faulty PURPLE LEARN BUTTON garage door logic board. TWO YEAR WRITTEN SERVICE WARRANTY!!! Are you are experiencing any of the following symptoms below? 1) No light on garage door wall button. 2) Orange LED at one of the beam sensors. 3) Light bulb on motor assembly is not working or flashes. 4) Erratic flashing light on garage door wall button. 5) Garage door will not go up or down. 6) Radio Frequency failure. Remotes not working or programming. 7) Garage Door goes up, not down or down and not up. 8) Clicking…. 9) Dead, nothing happens. I can repair your logic board if you have any of these symptoms listed above. I stock the components needed to repair your issue and I use much higher quality components that will last a very long time. The way it works is you safely remove your logic board from the motor assembly by unplugging the AC cord from the wall power outlet. The transformer will be hot to touch, so wait about five minutes before removing the four signal wire and the four mounting screws. Please note that the upper and lower screws are different, so don’t confuse them when reinstalling. Remove the four mounting screws and then gently remove the wire harness PLEASE SEPARATE THE BLACK MOUNTING PLATE FROM THE LOGIC BOARD BY UNSCREWING 5 PHILLIPS HEAD SCREWS. I only need the Logic Board and will have to charge extra shipping fees if I receive the black mounting plate. Please wrap the logic board in a nonconductive material, like newspaper. No plastic bags unless they are ESD SAFE! Use good packing medium and a shipping box only! I have received units in soft pack shipping envelopes and they always get damaged. Once you purchase my service I will send you an eBay message telling you my shipping address. You’ll pay for your own flavor of shipping, ship me the logic board and please send me a tracking number! I’ll repair it the same day I receive it, test all functions on an actual computer controlled motor assembly, and will ship your logic board ASAP!
