Allows you to Keep AC in your K-Swap 96-00 CivicNo more sweating with super cold AC!Seriously, AC is the greatest invention.Fitment: 96-00 Honda Civic The Hybrid Racing K-Swap air conditioning conversion kit allows you to retain AC when installing a K-series engine into your EK Honda Civic. This kit is designed to work with a compressor from a K20A, A2, A3 or K20Z1 engine. It works with the K24 engine, but you must use one of the compressors listed above! The Hybrid Racing AC Kit is manufactured by a registered QS-9000/ISO 9002 company that has provided aluminum and steel tube assemblies to Japanese, American and European automakers since 1976. Each Kit is bent, crimped and brazed utilizing precise measurements and requirements provided by Hybrid Racing. What does the kit come with? The AC kit comes with 4 custom AC lines, and all necessary wiring and O-rings. DOES NOT COME WITH MOUNTING BRACKETS What parts will I need to install this kit? You will need to keep 3 of your OEM lines as outlined in the install guide, You will need a condenser from a 96-00 Civic, the pressure switch from your stock Civic condenser and the mounting bushings from your OEM condenser. You will also need to purchase a High-performance Slim Fan. What is involved in the wiring? You will need to hook up the compressor, fan and pressure switch for the compressor to kick on and off. The instructions cover this in detail for an easy installation. What condenser do I use? You will use a 96-00 Civic condenser. What belt do I use with this setup? If you do not plan on keeping power steering you will need to purchase a K20A3 02-05 Civic Si K20A3 pulley setup and belt. If you plan on running PS you can use a stock K20A/A2/Z1 belt. Return Claims We are dedicated to our customer’s 100% satisfaction. We will issue a refund/credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 30 days of product receipt. It must be returned in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Returned product is subject to a 20% restocking charge and must be returned freight prepaid. Damaged Shipments All of our shipments are 100% insured. It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for your carton. Packaging that appears in good condition does not guarantee that there is no “hidden” damage. The only way to be certain is to fully unpack and examine the contents carefully before signing. Legally, by applying your signature, you are signing a document stating that you have inspected the item and it is in good condition. We have no recourse when the item is signed for, any later claim for un-noticed (“hidden/concealed”) damage must be filed by you with USPS, UPS or FedEx. Many times it is common practice by UPS or FedEx to leave packages on your doorstep if no one is available for signature. Again, please inspect the package by fully unpacking and examining the contents. If you notice damage to the product during your inspection, please contact us immediately. Claims must by file within 7 days after receipt. Defective Merchandise All item sold are strictly followed by the manufacture warranty guideline only.
