Orders are generally shipped on same day if payment is completed before 11:00am.

All packages are accompanied with a Tracking number.

• We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe quality shipping. Most shipments are sent out within 24 business hours after payment is confirmed or cleared, unless stated otherwise inside the listing.. We ship Monday through Friday, we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays because our offices are closed. Shipping and handling is clearly listed in the listing.
• We ship USPS, Fed-ex, and UPS daily Monday thru Friday at your convenience.
• We do offer expedited shipping at the buyers cost. If you can arrange sending a label via email or fax, we will send it out with any carrier you wish. Please email or call for rate quotes on expedited shipping.
• We do not ship to international addresses.
• We will provide an online tracking number to you once the item has been shipped thru Ebay message. If you have not received your tracking number within 48 business hours of the payment clear, please send us an email or use ebay message system to check on the status. Please allow 5-9 business days for standard ground shipping. Transit time is dependent on the carrier service and cannot be guaranteed by us, sellers are not responsible for services transit time and the information provided is by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays.
• If we offer free ground shipping on a listing, it will be for the 48 contiguous United States only. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Territories will incur regular shipping charge as we cannot ship via the regular ground service. Shipping expenses are non refundable in all cases.

• We accept all major credit cards and check debits through paypal system.
• We expect payment to be sent as soon as possible. After 5 days if we have not received payment we will issue an unpaid item reminder through eBay.
• During checkout, please ensure you have selected the correct shipping address for the order prior to payment.
• For blind drop shipment, please enter your customer address during check out and send us an ebay message to confirm.
