Freight charges are for zoned commercial addresses with a forklift or loading dock. If the location requires the assistance of a lift gate there will be an additonal fee. If a commercial address is not able to be provided we can ship the item to your residence for an additional fee. If there is an issue with your order or item we will reach out to you before we ship the order.
