If the aid gets clogged it will sound weak or may sound like it is not working. Once your dome starts to show yellow or no longer fits correctly in the ear, we recommend changing out the domes. Instructions: Use the built in removal notch tool on the bottom of the package to removal the old dome. Press in a new dome until you hear it click. Once clicked in, the dome should not fall off.
