If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased product, has a period of 60 days, counting from the date of delivery of the product to return it. In this case the shipping and collection borne will be free for customer, and shipping amount will be refund by Collectis Girona™.

Before making such refund the customer must contact our sales department within the period specified by email, phone or fax which will indicate the return process. Any return without prior notice will not be accepted.

To support the return must be both the product and its packaging in perfect condition, no scratches or broken or damaged and including all documentation accompanying the product and its accessories packaging. The client must make a correct packaging to ensure safe transport damage.

Once received and checked by our staff that the product is in the same condition it was sent will proceed to refund the amount according to previously agreed with the client.

Returns Policy

In the event that faulty / broken goods are received or items are missing from your order, Collectis Girona™ should be notified via email within 24hrs of receipt of the goods. Please state if the goods are faulty, damaged or missing. We will contact you a.s.a.p with instructions on how to return the goods. A replacement will be sent to on receipt of the returned model. Should a replacement model not be available a full refund will be made within 5 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Goods returned for other reasons (eg. wrongs goods ordered or model not liked by the customer) must be received by Collectis Girona™ in New, Unused condition and with no damages. In order to return goods you must email we within 60 days from the date of purchase. The return postage will not be refunded via this return reason. A full refund for model amount shall be refunded within 7 days off receipt of goods returned.
