It’s perfectly simple: Whole grains provide fiber. Dried mango adds a touch of wholesome sweetness and delightful tropical flavor. Nuts and seeds bring pleasant flavor and crunch. Have it Hot Stovetop: For hot cereal, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add 1/2 cup muesli, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 7 minutes. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Makes 2 delicious servings. Microwave: Put 1/4 cup muesli and 1/2 cup water or milk in a large bowl.
