Excellent – May have some slight issues, but nothing overpowering the back of the disc 4. Very Good – Some noticeable issues, but no deep scratches or anything to cause read errors 5. Good – Flaws may present in a manner that almost overpowers the disc surface, but the game still plays with no issues 6.
