If a record skips and there are no deep scratches, all you need to do is clean it and that usually helps it a lot! An opinion based on over 40 years selling and grading records, including over 25,000 sales on Ebay alone. So if you are a “know-it-all”and think because you have bought a few hundred records you know how to grade a record better than us, shop elsewhere. VISUAL GRADING SYSTEM FOR VINYL CONDITION (we do not play test records): Mint: Only if the record is in a cover that is still sealed in original shrink wrap. Near mint: Very slight imperfections. Possibly only played once, no scratches, perhaps only very slight scuffs from the cover Excellent: Only a couple marks and perhaps a couple of very light scratches or scuffs Very good: Has marks and light scratches but nothing major, only surface. An LP in this grade may well have a bit of surface noise. The level of how that is heard depends on your needle/stereo. Good: Has a lot of marks, mainly only surface and more than likely a couple of very visible, deep looking scratches that are probably heard and some may skip. Definite surface noise will be heard. Fair: Has a lot of surface marks and scratches that are deep, definitely heard and more than likely skip). Definite surface noise will be heard. Poor: Just basically in terrible condition. We only list “poor” LPs if they are ultra rare or collectible! We grade visually and this item is sold BASED ON OUR VISUAL INSPECTION. We have been grading LPS visually for over 30 years. so you can trust the visual grade. We have to stipulate this because of scammers who say “oh, track 2 jumped and that was my favorite, I want a partial refund”. NO. No partial refunds and no refunds for NON-VISIBLE issues. I/ We do a warp test, when we grade the LPS. We lay them on a flat surface, turn them and if there is a warp we will detail it in the condition grading. So, for anyone out there that thinks they are going to pull the “warp scam”… go elsewhere. NO refunds. You try and pull this scam and we will report you and try to get you banned from Ebay. If you don’t like this policy. Shop elsewhere. POINT 6 : SCAMMERS A/ We check the LP to ensure it is the right LP for the cover when we take the photos and when we pack. There is no way a “wrong” LP will be dispatched to you. So no refund!!! B/ If USPS tracking says your item has been delivered to the address you have on file with ebay. They have! No ifs, no buts. They delivered. I believe USPS, so contact your post office. Not us. So no refund!!! C/ UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE OFFER A PARTIAL REFUND. D/ SEE POINT 5/H POINT 7 : RESOLVING AN ISSUE Contact us to resolve any issues and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
