It’s festive with a super, sparkling smoke stack, fancy decorations, elaborate signage, golden accents, bows and special lighting with sturdy lanterns to light the way through the twinkling snow. The No 1 Locomotive leads and Santa looks energetic, happy and friendly with rosy cheeks clutching a be-ribboned candy cane as he waves his greeting. His toasty warm, furry suit is accented with festive features complete with pipe, scarf and holly trimmed hat.The C.C. Mail Car holds an adorable Santa-elf. (I think so anyway though I can’t see his ears to be sure.) The jolly elf is presiding over the Mail Car with his long beard, red nose, extra-warm outfit and super tall hat. He is in charge of wrapped gifts, candy canes and lots of toys including a (rocking?) horse and a darling teddy bear .The C.C. Coal Car includes a cute, smiling teddy bear assistant dressed for the season with his own suit, scarf and fabulous hat. He’s holding an American flag and brings a gingerbread man, candy canes and a festively trimmed tree. All the sets are in the original boxes and in mint condition. I could see no variations among the sets. The first set has a note inside the box though (inside flaps).
