1990 Topps Sealed Cello Wax Pack (16 Cards) + One 1990 Topps White Sox HOF First Baseman Frank Thomas #414 Rookie Baseball Card. In 1990, Topps issued some of their wax packs in a tamper proof packaging much like a cello pack. All Frank Thomas cards are NM. Selling from my Personal Collection. I collected from 1974 – 1992. A lot of what I am offering I collected when they were issued. Others I bought from a card store that was closing in the mid 90’s. Some I bought on eBay over the past few years. Unopened Wax Packs. I spent most of my summer buying wax packs with what little money I had. I lived in Atlanta, and I wanted the Dale Murphy card. I never got it. There is a sort of let down when you open a pack of cards and don’t get what you want. I decided to add a card to minimize that. Return.
