Seller: Alley-Antiques DESCRIPTION: Antique Lithograph. Sold AS IS. This is a rare my large R Atkinson Fox print. The title is “Toe in the Water”. Dates back to the 1920s to circa 1928. Selling AS IS with NO GLASS. Has what is believed to be original Art Deco frame with losses to texture on frame and chips ( frame selling as is ). Nice hard to find large size print of this scene. No title or artist that I can see on print( have not had it out of frame). Guaranteed original Fix print. Almost antique and close to 100 years old. Selling AS IS. Frame lacking glass which the buyer could easily replace. Color still pretty strong with slight muting. There is a hole in the orint close to the arm ( pictured). There is a small area “dot” scratch area below chin lacking color. There are a few small scratch dot areas on print because there was no glass to protect this. Has cardboard backing. Frame probably original and is AS IS with chips and texture area losses. The frame could be touched up. I believe with the glass replaced and frame touched up this will be a fabulous piece. It is a scarce piece in this large size. Still displays pretty nicely as is. Rare and hard to find Fox Lithograph. Measures about 21 1/2″ tall and 16 1/2″ wide (frame included in measurements). Print itself measures about 20″ by 15″. Pics part of description. Shipping includes tracking and insurance. BID WITH CONFIDENCE .
