Hello, and welcome to our listing! Today for your consideration, a natural fluorite with calcite crystals specimen weighing 1372 grams(3 pounds+) and measuring 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2” (+/-). This is a very rare stunning mineral specimen. The specimen was gathered in Cave-in-Rock district Hardin County, Illinois. It’s a large specimen, vibrant purple fluorite with a hint of blue, it’s phantomed throughout and shows areas of zoning as well. The pictures truly don’t do this fluorite any justice, it’s truly remarkable! This specimen is part of a huge private collection we will be listing in the next few months.
